irresponsabilida Dr. Darsi Ferrer and four other dissidents released EPHRAIM RIVAS

Dr. Darsi Ferer peaceful opponents and four other Cubans were arrested on Thursday April 28, 2011 at 10:30 am, when they demonstrated publicly claiming that Cuba's government respects freedom of movement of citizens within the island and to go abroad with the right to return home.

The small but significant event occurred in perhaps the most central place in Cuba, the corner of L and 23 in El Vedado, in front of the landmark Coppelia ice cream shop, and attended, in addition to Dr. Ferrer, Juan Mario opponents Rodriguez, Jorge Yusnaimi, Ricardo Aguilar and Joaquin Sarduy. They were arrested by the secret political police, and four hours later, still unaware of the whereabouts of those arrested.
This action constitutes an act of great courage on the part of the protesters, who also displayed posters related to its application, especially a few days of the threatening words of General Raul Castro, at the close of the Sixth Party Congress (single) ruling in relation to any attempt to publicly manifetarse "in streets and squares."

The CCDHRN finds that the claim of the protesters is fully justified all Once the government of Cuba continues to violate, so blatant. Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights enshrines the right of everyone to live anywhere in their country of birth and leave it with the right freely to return when it sees fit.
Naturally, the CCDHRN demands the immediate release of five detained peaceful dissidents. Elizardo Sanchez
